Honours                   : - Bengali, English, Geography, History and Philosophy. Music as combination subject likely to be

                                                                 DETAILS OF B.A GENERAL COURSE
PART I

Three Combination subjects, having three papers each ( 3 x 100 = 300 ) can be choosen from the following :-

i) English / Bengali

ii) History / Philosophy / Geography.

iii) Economics

iv) Political Science.

and Compulsory English ( 50 ) & Alternative English / Bengali ( 50 )

 
PART II : 600 Marks ( 3 x 200 ) for combination subjects ( which were chosen in Part I ) and 50 marks for all students in Environmental Studies.
PART III 300 Marks ( 3 x 100 ) for combintion subjects and fifty narks for all students in Environmental studies.

DETAILS OF B.A. ( HONS ) COURSES 

PART I

Bengali, English, Geography, History & Philosophy.

2 Hons papers ( 2 x 100 ) = 200 marks and 2 combination subjects, each having one paper ( 2 x 100 = 200 ) and

compulsory English ( 50) and alternative English / Bengali ( 50)

PART II Two Hons papers ( 2 x 100 ) = 200 marks + 2 combination subjects each consisting of two papers. ( 2 x 2 x 100) = 400 marks.
PART III Four papers ( 4 x 100 ) = 400 and 50 marks in Environmental studies.
